16.05.2017 - Pet Boutique Manager

We are looking for a boutique manager who has a passion for all things pet and all things retail. We want someone who can combine these to meet the needs of our pet owning community through creating a commercially vibrant and welfare driven environment.

Working in conjunction with the veterinary clinic Practice Manager, our Pet Boutique Manager is given the autonomy to drive sales and profits through product selection, marketing ideas and building great relationships with our clients and their furry (or not so furry) friends.

Our successful candidate will be confident, outgoing and possess great customer service skills. You will be able to demonstrate a proven record in retailing with line manager responsibility. A flair for visual merchandising and an ability to utilise KPI’s to drive performance will be beneficial for the role.

You will be self-motivated, organised, enjoy working with people, and thrive on the opportunity to run your own shop.

Although this role is not directly related to work within the veterinary sector, your daily duties will involve contact with animals, therefore a love of all things small and furry will be a huge advantage.

  • Attending trade shows
  • Training assistant team members
  • Tracking figures and targets
  • Window displays
  • Boutique promotion and public relations
